Home Care Services

Green Loom Services provides domiciliary care, complex care and supported living services for 24 hours, 7 days a week to people in their homes. We offer a wealth of personal and functional care for people living in their own homes. The needs of people using this service vary greatly, but we endeavour to provide packages of care that are person-centred. This means that we design care packages to meet individual circumstances, being aware that people are living in their own homes and they might be certain ways they prefer to do things.
Our Complex Care teams provide holistic assessments, care and support led by a trained Social Worker and Registered Mental Health Nurse. We recognise that people being supported in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by family and friends, gives them control and adds to their overall wellbeing and independence.

Our service users may include older people, those with a disability and people who need assistance due to illness to continue living in their own homes, residential care and community. This is achieved by promoting a standard of excellence, which embraces fundamental principles of Good Care practice that is witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in the domestic environment
